By joining CEO Babes, you are committing to actively participate in a community built on growth, sisterhood, and shared success. This is not just a social club — it’s a collective of women who show up for themselves and each other.

As a CEO Babes member, you will be agreeing to:

1. Quarterly In-Person Events

Members are expected to attend at least one (1) CEO Babes event per quarter (in-person or virtual).
These may include mixers, workshops, panels, or curated social experiences.

2. Bi-Monthly Zoom Meetings

Members are encouraged to join two (2) virtual meetings per month via Zoom.
These sessions focus on:

• Business development

• Networking & collaboration

• Accountability check-ins

• Guest speakers & masterminds

(Recordings may be available, but live participation is strongly encouraged.)

3. Minimal Volunteer Contribution

Members agree to participate in light volunteer or support efforts for CEO Babes initiatives.
This may include:

• Assisting with event setup or promotion

• Supporting community projects

• Serving on short-term committees

Estimated commitment: 2–4 hours per quarter.

4. Community Standards

CEO Babes is a safe, elevated space. Members are expected to:

• Show respect and professionalism

• Support fellow members

• Maintain positive, solution-oriented energy

• Avoid gossip, drama, or competition mindset

We believe in collaboration over comparison.

5. Active Engagement

Members are expected to:

• Stay active in the community (online or in-person)

• Participate in discussions and opportunities

• Respond to official communications

CEO Babes works best when everyone shows up.

6. Representation of the Brand

As a member, you represent the CEO Babes brand. We ask that you:

• Uphold the values of ambition, integrity, and sisterhood

• Support the mission publicly when possible

• Be a positive reflection of the community
